Fees and Services
At NW Notary Seal LLC, we offer reliable and professional notary services for individuals, businesses, and title companies. For simple singings a quote and date may be possible to provide. For more complex singings please be prepared to leave your information and we will get back to you within 24 hours for that information. Payment is due at the time of service. We accept cash, credit/debit cards or venmo. We can also send you an invoice. (invoices have a 3.3% + 30Β’ per invoice) Below is a general overview of our pricing:

Travel fees are in addition to the notarization fee and are based on distance, time, and location.

What to expect
Expect a meeting that could range anywhere from 20 minutes to an hour or more depending on the documents. If any questions are raised during the appointment, we will be legally unable to answer but are happy to contact the person contracting the documents for you to let them know you have questions.
What to bring
Depending on the requirements of the document at the very least be prepared with your proof of ID. This can be:
β’ A valid U.S. passport or a passport from a recognized foreign country.
β’ A valid driver's license or ID card issued by any state.
β’ A valid U.S. military identification card.
β’ An ID card issued by a federally recognized Indian tribe.
β’ Any ID issued by the federal, state, county, or local government that contains person's photo and signature.

NW Notary Seal LLC provides professional notary services in the State of Oregon, including mobile notary services, remote online notarization, and loan signing services. We serve individuals, businesses, and title companies.
2. Scope of Services
Our services include, but are not limited to:
β’ Mobile notary services (in-person notarizations)
β’ Remote online notarization (where legally permitted)
β’ Loan signing services for real estate and financial transactions
β’ We carry $1,000,000 in Errors and Omissions (E&O) insurance for your peace of mind.Please note: We do not provide legal advice, interpret documents, or offer any legal guidance. NW Notary Seal LLC is not a law firm and is not an attorney. If you need legal assistance, please consult a licensed attorney.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Accepted payment methods may include cash, credit/debit cards or venmo.
5. Cancellations & No-Shows
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a cancellation fee.Clients who are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice may be subject to rescheduling and/or a late fee.No-shows will be charged the full service fee.
6. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for ensuring that:
β’ All signers are present, of sound mind, and have valid government-issued photo identification.
β’ Documents are complete and ready for notarization (unless otherwise agreed).
7. Limitations of Liability
While we take every precaution to perform notarial acts accurately and in accordance with Oregon state laws, NW Notary Seal LLC is not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from your use of our services.
8. Privacy
We respect your privacy. Any personal information you submit through this website (e.g., contact forms) is used solely to provide services and communicate with you. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Oregon.
